Would need undercarriage pics and HG receipts to consider.

A 2004 is peak head gasket issue era. If it has not been done, it will need to be done.

Subaru for sale ads should just have this picture, so we can check for quarter panel rust
This one looks nice.
No mention of HG or timing belt replacements though. Another Subaru for sale ad MUST.

But it runs good and needs nothing

Because any and all subarus will need head gasket replacement at approximately that mileage 100% of the time. Especially the non turbo ones. Just consider it regular maintenance the same as a timing belt.
That was the number one requirement for me in buying my Subaru; find one with recently replaced head gasket. Seller had just spent $4k having a shop do that job so I was glad as hell to avoid it.

But it aint an LGT! And its located in the heart of rust country so I dont trust what is underneath. Although, this one sure is beautiful. Definitely priced to sell considering the apparent condition.

But do they know what they have? That's the real question.

Not sure, but lowballers will be ignored

It is RARE, after all.
